SKI inhibited the release of inflammatory cytokines and increasing the activities of antioxidant enzymes in serum. SKI inhibited the expression of transforming growth factor-β1, vascular cell adhesion molecule 1, intercellular adhesion molecule 1, collagen I, collagen III, endothelin-1, laminin in kidney of CRF rats. 摘要

摘要目的:探讨肾康注射液(SKI)对腺嘌呤诱导的大鼠慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的保护作用。方法:将Sprague Dawley大鼠随机分为5组:对照组、模型组和SKI组(5、10、20 mL/kg)。模型组和SKI组大鼠ig腺嘌呤150 mg/kg / d,连续12周诱导CRF。12周后,大鼠腹腔注射SKI 4周。观察SKI对大鼠肾损伤及纤维化的影响。结果:SKI可抑制CRF大鼠尿n -乙酰-b- d -氨基葡萄糖苷酶、肾损伤分子-1、β -2微球蛋白、尿素蛋白水平升高。模型组大鼠血清尿酸、肌酐升高,白蛋白降低,均受SKI的抑制。SKI能抑制血清中炎症因子的释放,提高血清中抗氧化酶的活性。SKI可抑制CRF大鼠肾脏中转化生长因子-β1、血管细胞粘附分子1、细胞间粘附分子1、胶原I、胶原III、内皮素-1、层粘连蛋白的表达。结论:SKI对腺嘌呤诱导的CRF大鼠肾损伤和纤维化具有保护作用,并具有抗炎、抗氧化作用。
