Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor pendorong Komunitas Diaspora Indonesia dalam penyelenggaraan “Indonesia Sunday Market (ISM)” di Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Teori diplomasi budaya dari Miton C. Cummings, dipakai untuk menganalisis fenomena ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka atau literatur review. Temuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan rasa mutual understanding (saling pengertian/memahami) antara Masyarakat Vietnam dengan Masyarakat Indonesia dan untuk mempromosikan atau memperkenalkan berbagai produk yang dimiliki oleh Indonesia di Vietnam.Kata kunci : Aktor Non State, Komunitas Diaspora, Diplomasi budayaAbstractThe role of non-state actors in cultural diplomacy can be very important in promoting understanding, better relations and cooperation between countries. Diaspora communities as non-state actors can complement the first line of diplomacy to achieve national interests. The purpose of this study is to determine the driving factors of the Indonesian Diaspora Community in organizing the \"Indonesia Sunday Market (ISM)\" in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). The theory of cultural diplomacy from Miton C. Cummings, is used to analyze this phenomenon. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method and collected data through interviews and literature review or literature review. 非国家演员在文化外交中的作用可能在促进理解、更好的关系和各国之间的合作方面至关重要。散居在外的非国家行动者可以完成第一个实现国家利益的外交途径。本研究的目的是了解印度尼西亚侨民社区在胡志明市(HCMC)“印尼周日市场(ISM)”组织中的推动因素。Miton C.
