摘要

齿轮啮合效率模型的准确性是研究齿轮啮合效率影响因素的关键。实验是验证理论模型的有效方法。因此,获取齿轮啮合效率的实验值就显得尤为重要。以双斜齿轮为研究对象,在分析大量实验数据的基础上,计算了双斜齿轮啮合效率的实验值,并研究了转速和转矩对双斜齿轮啮合效率的影响。首先,总结了封闭潮流下齿轮试验台不同布局下实验值的传动效率计算方法。其次,介绍了封闭潮流下齿轮试验台试验值啮合效率的计算方法。第三,给出了承载损失的计算方法。最后,计算了双螺旋齿轮啮合效率的实验值,得到了转速和转矩对双螺旋齿轮啮合效率的影响,为进一步提高双螺旋齿轮的传动效率奠定了理论基础。
