摘要

普通鼠尾草或达尔马提亚鼠尾草(Salvia officinalis L.)是一种多年生植物(亚灌木),原产于地中海地区。本研究在土耳其安塔利亚和伊兹密尔省沿海试验区的一些普通鼠尾草种植园中进行了真菌种类鉴定,以确定引起突然衰减病的真菌种类。感染植物材料采自地中海和爱琴海地区,表现为疫霉菌典型症状的根和冠腐烂。用10株具有上述症状的植株,用疫霉菌选择性培养基鉴定病原。根据其内部转录间隔区(ITS) DNA碱基序列的形态和分子特征,分离到一个新的疫霉属(Phytophthora),并鉴定为P. cryptoa。在鼠尾草根茎上证实了隐孢子虫的致病性。这是土耳其普通鼠尾草上首次报道的隐花鼠尾草。
