In this scenario, educators across the globe needed to reconfigure their practices, adapting them to the pedagogical potentials of digital technologies, which make it possible to carry out educational activities in a context of social isolation. In the process of adapting the curricula, especially as far as the promotion of teaching-learning-use of English as a second language (L2) is concerned, some of these teachers needed to quickly become familiar with the role of curator in Applied Linguistics. Therefore, this article aims at analyzing the pedagogical potential of the Digital Educational Resource Quizizz in the light of Sabota and Pereira (2017). In order to achieve this goal, we designed an exploratory research, with descriptive characteristics.
