The analysis of the fatigue strength of welded joints is too complicated. It is subjected to many factors; the weld geometry, the weld metal soundness, the residual stress and the type of materials, etc. In this present study, a three-dimensional finite element models (FEM) was established to show the influence of some parameters on the fatigue behavior of a welded profiles. The results show that the structure undergoes several fatigue strength at the weld seam, which affects its durability.
