The study of the resistance and behavior of these structures is very important, especially when they are subjected to the cyclic loadings. The analysis of the fatigue strength of welded joints is too complicated. It is subjected to many factors; the weld geometry, the weld metal soundness, the residual stress and the type of materials, etc. In this present study, a three-dimensional finite element models (FEM) was established to show the influence of some parameters on the fatigue behavior of a welded profiles. The results show that the structure undergoes several fatigue strength at the weld seam, which affects its durability.
