This study applied qualitative methods with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used two data sources, primary and secondary sources. The processes for collecting data were through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. 摘要

本研究的目的是:1)分析慈马市慈伯鲁姆村中小微企业(MSMEs)企业家实施公共演讲培训以提高数字沟通能力的情况;2)确定提高中小微企业企业家数字沟通能力的公共演讲培训策略;3)评估公众演讲培训的反应。本研究采用定性与描述性相结合的方法。数据收集技术使用了两个数据源,主要数据源和次要数据源。收集数据的过程是通过观察、访谈和文献研究。本研究的结果和讨论是,培训公共演讲作为提高中小微企业行为者能力的努力,已被证明对提高中小微企业行为者发展业务的自我技能和信心有积极影响。
