摘要

本文采用g33(=40.10× 10-3 Vm/N)压电电压常数优异的无铅(Na, K)NbO3体系陶瓷,设计了声发射(AE)传感器信号检测电路。信号检测电路由阻抗变换器、高通滤波器、信号放大电路和整流电路组成。阻抗变换器转换后的信号经放大器放大。放大后的信号通过整流电路由交流转换为直流显示。
