This study used quantitative methode. The population of this research was 81 teachers of SMK N 3 Padang. Sample were taken by using population sampling tecnique. The findings of this study had showed that: (1) the principal’s leadership was on middle range with score of 85.07%; (2) school climate on middle range with score of 77.54%; (3) the simple linear regression testing showed the effect of principal’s leadership on school climate was as follows: regression equation Y = 49,128 + 0,464X. The fact its significant value is smaller than 0.00 (0.000 < 0.05), it indicates that there is a significant influence of principal’s leadership on school climate, where R = 0,517 and R2 = 0,267. 摘要

本研究旨在分析校长领导对学校风气的影响。本研究采用定量方法。本研究以巴东三中小学81名教师为研究对象。采用总体抽样法进行抽样。本研究结果显示:(1)校长领导能力处于中等水平,得分为85.07%;(2)学校氛围处于中等水平,得分为77.54%;(3)简单线性回归检验表明,校长领导对学校氛围的影响为:回归方程Y = 49128 + 0464x。当其显著值小于0.00(0.000 < 0.05)时,表明校长领导对学校氛围有显著影响,其中R = 0.517, R2 = 0.267。建议分析影响学校气氛的另一个独立变量。
