Then we verify fault tolerance characteristics of the PMSM, and examine improving the PMSM torque characteristics by measuring the torque characteristics. Therefore, it is confirmed that double winding PMSM used in this paper with driving by 2 inverter can keep redundancy and get fault tolerant characteristics, and found that it is possible to reduce torque ripple by inverter phase differential operating. 摘要

双绕组机因其具有容错特性而备受关注,特别是在飞机、电动汽车、电动机车、船舶等需要容错的场合。通过独立的逆变器控制每个绕组,可以改善驱动特性,如扩展速度范围,减少转矩波动。但通过独立逆变器控制各绕组,期望能提高调速范围、减小转矩波动等驱动特性,因此被广泛考虑。本文采用由1个单片机控制的2个逆变器驱动10极-12槽双绕组永磁同步电机,在电流相位差情况下运行电机,在1个逆变器故障情况下运行电机。然后验证了永磁同步电机的容错特性,并通过测量转矩特性来研究改善永磁同步电机的转矩特性。因此,本文所采用的双绕组双逆变器驱动的永磁同步电机可以保持冗余并具有容错特性,并且可以通过逆变器相位差操作来减小转矩脉动。在该试验电机中,通过对电机施加相位差为30度的励磁电流,可以减小转矩脉动。
