摘要

本文设计了由两个独立运动轴组成的装有力传感器的样机。使用力传感器控制成形连接。特殊设计的机器可对其进行拉伸强度试验。制备了9个试件进行试验,揭示了接头塑性变形时颌部位移的变化对接头强度的影响。在两个独立的驱动单元上创建了原型支架,使连接成为可能。选择合适的参数,生成的接头强度达到920N以上,是基本试样的2倍以上。
