According to the Lyapunov method, the sufficient condition for the existence of the control law was presented. Simulation results show the proposed methods are effective to make the closed-loop system asymptotically stable for all admissible time delay and can further guarantee the expected performance index for nonlinear NCSs with time-varying delay","PeriodicalId":14643,"journal":{"name":"J.
