摘要

本研究的目的是对不同市售茶叶样品中咖啡因的含量进行估算,虽然不同品牌茶叶中咖啡因含量的顺序没有显著差异,但氯仿分离法的结果明显较低,而在273 nm紫外波长下使用H2SO4的微量法的结果最高。利用氧化铅和氯仿的简便化学方法测定了茶叶样品中的咖啡因含量。茶中的咖啡因对机体有积极和消极的影响,这也是事实。
