目的:通过对护士职业锚的概念进行界定和整理,为护士职业锚的形成提供理论依据。方法:采用Walker和Avant概念分析法,通过文献检索对29篇文献进行分析。结果:护士的职业锚点是个体的职业选择动机,是一种能力与价值观相协调的自我概念,是护士职业成长和发展的愿望,是维持职业生涯的行为。此外,它还指示了实现个人职业目标的方向,是护理组织对护士期望的核心价值,标志着护理专业持续、全面的专业成长和发展。结论:研究结果确定的护士职业锚有助于确保患者安全,通过政策提供优质护理,将职业发展基础制度化,防止护士流失,留住熟练护士。
