IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROACTIVE APPROACH TO INVESTMENT PROJECT ANALYSIS

Статья посвящена исследованию вопросов, связанных с реализацией инвестиционных проектов в условиях нестабильности экономической среды. В связи с определенными ограничениями классических методов оценки эффективности инвестиционных проектов предложен упреждающий подход. Его основу составляет применение метода анализа иерархий, который заключается в определении наилучшей альтернативы и направлен на оценку проекта с учетом возможности принятия решений на каждой его стадии. Целью исследования является определение специфических особенностей, возникающих в процессе проведения обоснования инвестиционных проектов. В статье предпринята попытка определения наилучшего проекта с помощью метода анализа иерархий, который учитывает целый ряд факторов различного типа и степени важности. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в разработке упреждающего подхода к обоснованию инвестиционных проектов, который базируется на применении метода анализа иерархий, предполагающего решение задачи выбора альтернатив через многокритериальную систему рейтингования. The article is devoted to the investigation of issues related to the implementation of investment projects in the context of instability of the economic environment. Due to certain limitations of classical methods for assessing the efficiency of investment projects, a preventive approach has been proposed based on the application of the method of analysis of hierarchies, which is to determine the best alternative and is aimed at evaluating the project with the possibility of adopting decisions at each stage. The purpose of the study is to determine the specific individuals found in the process of financing investment projects. In this article, an attempt was made to determine the most important project using the method of analysis of hierarchies, which takes into account a number of factors of different type and degrees of importance. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is the development of a resisting approach to the establishment of investment projects, which is based on the application of the method of analysis of hierarchies, which suggests the solution to the problem of choosing alternatives through a multi-criteria rating system.
