Due to the mass matrix M and the stiffness matrix K of system are the function of the mechanism's position, so it is a complex nonlinear system. It's very difficult to solve exactly for the system. But the natural frequency and modal of system are obtained approximately for the micro-vibration system that the elastic potential energy is more than the gravity potential energy, because the mass matrix M and the stiffness matrix K of the equilibrium location are constant matrix. 摘要
