Medium age was 54 years (23-94) and BMI 27.6. The general characteristics, indications, presence of previous surgery, perioperative complications were analyzed and postoperative duration of the procedure and rate of conversion to laparotomy.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>The intraoperative complications were bladder injury (0.8%) and ureteral injury (1.7%). There were postoperative complications in 6 patients (three febrile syndrome, fistula ureterovaginal, two vaginal cuff dehiscence, two vaginal bleeding and hemoperitoneum). 摘要

目的探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者的并发症及临床进展。材料与方法对2012年1月至2014年12月行腹腔镜子宫切除术的120例患者进行回顾性研究。中位年龄为54岁(23-94),BMI为27.6。分析患者的一般特点、适应证、既往手术情况、围手术期并发症、手术持续时间及转开腹率。结果术中并发症以膀胱损伤(0.8%)和输尿管损伤(1.7%)为主。术后出现并发症6例(发热综合征3例,输尿管阴道瘘2例,阴道袖带破裂2例,阴道出血2例,腹腔积血2例)。腹腔子宫切除术的转换率为1.6%。结论腹腔镜子宫切除术可重复性好,并发症发生率低,患者生活质量好,术后恢复快。

Objective

Results
