摘要

材料与方法:经当地伦理委员会批准，对2016年1月至2018年12月行甲状腺全切除术的老年患者围手术期数据进行评价。评估患者的年龄、性别、体重指数、美国麻醉医师学会评分、术前全身性疾病或医疗合并症，如甲状腺激素功能障碍和电解质失衡、气道困难、手术时间、术前声带麻痹和甲状腺恶性肿瘤。术后30天出现呼吸或心血管并发症的患者，采用单因素方差分析(单因素方差分析)评价人口学数据的影响。
