Color Doppler flow imaging was used to quantitate peak systolic velocity (PSV), end diastolic velocity (EDV) and resistance index (RI) of the ophthalmic artery (OA), the posterior ciliary artery (PCA) in the control group and all diabetic patients. Statistic software was used to analyze the hemodynamic parameters. \n \n \nResults \nCompared with the control group, PSV, EDV of OA and PCA were decreased and RI were increased in diabetic patients (P <0.05). PSV, EDV of OA and PCA were decreased and RI were increased in microalbuminuria group and protein-uria group than no proteinuria group (P <0.05). EDV of OA and PCA were decreased and RI were increased in proteinuria group than microalbuminuria group (P <0.05). 摘要
目的观察2型糖尿病肾病患者眼部血流动力学变化及其与尿白蛋白排泄比的关系,探讨眼部微血管病变与糖尿病肾病的相关性。方法168例住院2型糖尿病患者按尿白蛋白排泄比分为正常尿白蛋白组(63例)、微量尿白蛋白组(60例)和蛋白尿组(45例),并选择健康体检者30例作为对照组。采用彩色多普勒血流显像定量测定对照组和所有糖尿病患者眼动脉(OA)、睫状体后动脉(PCA)的收缩峰值速度(PSV)、舒张末速度(EDV)和阻力指数(RI)。采用统计学软件对血流动力学参数进行分析。结果与对照组比较,糖尿病患者OA、PCA的PSV、EDV降低,RI升高(P <0.05)。微量白蛋白尿组和蛋白尿组OA、PCA的PSV、EDV均低于无蛋白尿组,RI升高(P <0.05)。蛋白尿组OA、PCA的EDV低于微量白蛋白尿组,RI升高(P <0.05)。UAER与OA、PCA的RI呈正相关(r=0.521、0.642、0.625;P <0.01)与糖尿病患者的EDV呈负相关(r=-0.628,-0.637, P <0.01)。结论眼球血流动力学随糖尿病肾病的病理进展而恶化,提示糖尿病脉络膜病变与糖尿病肾病存在相关性。关键词:眼动脉;糖尿病肾病;彩色多普勒血流成像;血液动力学
Ocular hemodynamics characteristics in patients with diabetic nephropathy
Objective
To investigate the change of ocular hemodynamics and its relationship with urine albumin excretion ratio in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy and to discuss the correlation of ocular microangiopathy with diabetic nephropathy.
