Then, with the fuzzy rules, fuzzy inference system is designed. The final result is the classification and prioritization of identified risks. 摘要

今天,生产单位最关心的问题之一是生产过程中的评估、分析和风险管理。本研究基于模糊控制方法,提出了一种科学、合理的生产过程风险评价、分析和管理方法。基于本研究提出的方法,在识别产品生产过程中的风险后,根据失效严重程度、失效概率和可检测性三个标准,采用最佳最差法,对这些风险进行评估并确定其重要性。然后,利用模糊规则设计了模糊推理系统。最终的结果是确定风险的分类和优先级。最后,对所提出的研究模型进行了应用,并对其最终结果进行了分析。

Assessment, analysis and risk management in the production process of products with a fuzzy control approach
