摘要

梯度刚度钢板弹簧对提高车辆平顺性具有积极意义,钢板弹簧刚度固有频率更稳定。以某轻型货车为研究对象,建立了车辆梯度刚度钢板弹簧的多目标优化模型。采用粒子群优化算法,在优化设计平台Matlab软件上对模型进行求解。以弹簧总质量最小、主弹簧根部最大应力最小、辅助弹簧根部最大应力最小为目标,得到了最优的结构设计方案和优化设计参数。
