Analysis and evaluation of the principles, directions and tools of the mechanism for digital transformation of public administration at the federal level in the Russian Federation

The article provides an analytical review of the principles, directions and tools of the mechanism for digital transformation of public administration at the federal level in the Russian Federation. The author argues the relevance and significance of the research topic. The terminological apparatus of digitalization and digital transformation of public administration is clarified, the latter is characterized as a modern stage in the development of public management in the Russian Federation. An assessment and analysis of the results of digital transformation as one of the national goals of the Russian Federation until 2030 based on the results of 2022 is carried out. The position is proved that one of the most important results in the context of the “development” of digitalization areas has become a clearer orientation of the public management vector towards priority principles digital transformation of public administration. In turn, the commissioning of the state platform "GovTech" is, according to the author, a tool for the transition to a new stage in the development of the domestic model of public administration, and at the same time, it provides an opportunity for the promising use of new directions and tools for the mechanism of digital transformation of public administration at the federal level. level in the Russian Federation. It is clarified that for the purposes of further (successful) digitalization of processes and mechanisms of public administration, attention should be focused on analytical tools for analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of the introduction of these new areas and tools of the mechanism for digital transformation of public administration at the federal level in the Russian Federation, namely, on the management of large data.
