The powder of CaCO3 and MnO2 were mixed by ball milling then calcined at 850°C for 10 h and hotpressing at 850 °C for 1 h to obtain the CaMnO3 samples. The crystallography of the samples was analyzed by the X-ray diffraction (XRD). The microstructures of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that, the sintering process influence the crystalline perfection and have a direct impact on the mechanical properties of CaMnO3 and their aging behavior. 摘要采用固态反应(SSR)和热压(HP)法制备了氧化钙锰(CaMnO3)多晶。将CaCO3和MnO2粉末经球磨混合,850℃煅烧10 h, 850℃热压1 h,得到CaMnO3样品。用x射线衍射(XRD)分析了样品的晶体形貌。用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了样品的显微组织。结果表明,烧结工艺影响着CaMnO3的结晶完善程度,直接影响着CaMnO3的力学性能和时效行为。结果表明,CaMnO3的有效弹性模量为6 GPa,抗弯强度为0.417 MPa,符合高性能n型热电腿的要求。
