摘要

本研究旨在分析巴东市体验品质、体验满意度和信任对旅游对象重游兴趣的影响。本研究的研究对象为到访巴东某旅游景点的消费者,共220人。分析技术采用结构方程模型(SEM) -偏最小二乘法(PLS)。研究结果表明:体验质量对体验满意度有正向显著影响;体验质量对信任有正向显著影响。这意味着体验质量对信任的影响越高,体验质量对重访兴趣的影响越显著,体验满意度对信任的影响越显著,体验满意度对重访兴趣的影响越显著,信任对重访兴趣的影响越显著。
