The recent growth of hybrid energy systems in remote areas across the world added to the increasing cost of renewable energy has triggered the inevitable development of hybrid energy systems. Hybrid energy systems always pose a problem of optimization of cost which has been approached with different perspectives in the recent past. This paper proposes a framework to guide the techniques of optimizing hybrid energy systems in general. The proposed framework comprises four stages including identification of input variables for energy generation, establishment of models of energy generation by individual sources, development of artificial intelligence, and finally summation of selected sources. A case study of a solar, wind, and hydro hybrid system was undertaken with a linear programming approach. Substantial results were obtained with regard to how load requests were constantly satisfied while minimizing the cost of electricity. The developed framework gained its originality from the fact that it has included models of individual sources of energy that even make the optimization problem more complex. 摘要

本文提出了一种优化混合能源系统的新框架。近年来,世界各地偏远地区混合能源系统的增长,加上可再生能源成本的增加,引发了混合能源系统的必然发展。混合能源系统存在成本优化问题,近年来人们从不同角度探讨了这一问题。本文提出了一个总体上指导混合能源系统优化技术的框架。本文提出的框架包括四个阶段,分别是:确定发电输入变量、建立个体能源发电模型、开发人工智能、最后对选定的能源进行汇总。采用线性规划方法对太阳能、风能和水力混合系统进行了案例研究。在如何不断满足负荷要求的同时最大限度地降低电力成本方面取得了实质性成果。所开发的框架具有独创性,因为它包含了单个能源的模型,甚至使优化问题更加复杂。本文还对鼓励可再生能源整合和发展的政策制定产生了影响。
