摘要

建立微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定口红中铅的方法。采用微波消解法和原子吸收光谱法测定10种口红样品中的铅。在硝酸(7.5 ml)和双氧水(1.5ml)体系中,微波消解时间为10分钟;得到了较好的消化效果。方法的线性范围为0.003 mg/l,检出限为0.9994。该方法回收率为94.6% ~ 102.5%。该方法适用于口红样品中铅的测定。
