A new method by plating a transition film is proposed,in which the processes including vacuum coating,spin-coating,developing,etching,vacuum coating,removing,etching are adopted combining the fabrication technology of metallic meshes. The testing results indicate that the metallic meshes with the line width of 8 μm and the line period of 400 μm are fabricated successfully. 摘要

为了制备屏蔽电磁波的ZnS金属网,采用了一种新型的光刻复制工艺,即先涂覆光刻胶,再在真空机中镀上一层光刻胶。但多晶ZnS的颜色与光致抗蚀剂相似,在制作金属网的过程中,很难估计网的显影程度,这影响了真空镀过程中金属网膜的制备。结合金属网的制作工艺,采用真空镀膜、旋转镀膜、显影、蚀刻、真空镀膜、去除、蚀刻等工艺,提出了一种镀过渡膜的新方法。测试结果表明,成功制备出线宽为8 μm、线周期为400 μm的金属网格。利用该技术,金属网的成品率提高了90%。
