This study uses primary data, namely data taken directly from the main source. The data analysis of this research used multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) tool .The results of this research show that : (1). 摘要
本研究的目的是分析价格折扣和顾客体验对顾客忠诚度的影响，在Palopo市Jurangan Tepi Sawah餐厅。本研究使用原始数据，即直接从主要来源获取的数据。本研究的数据分析采用SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science)工具进行多元线性回归，研究结果表明:(1)变量p - d账户对巴洛坡市Jurangan Tepi Sawah餐厅顾客忠诚度有正向显著影响。(2)顾客体验变量对Palopo市Jurangan Tepi Sawah餐厅顾客忠诚度的正向显著影响。
