We employed comparative statistical analysis to identify the primary factors influencing course awareness and selection. Our findings underscore the enduring influence of traditional media in promoting course awareness. Additionally, personal interest and availability of subsidies emerged as significant determinants of course selection. Based on these insights, we propose policy recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of these courses.
