The objectives of this study are to evaluate user satisfaction and examine the association between user satisfaction and the qualities in the e-learning systems of Multionational Company. A theoretical framework is developed, through the integration of e-learning satisfaction (ELS) theory and global satisfaction theory. The analysis was organized from a set of data which involve 190 responses from end-users.
