摘要

本文提出了一种用低压逆变器组成的评估电路对大功率三相PWM逆变器中用于负载寿命测试的直流电容进行状态监测的方法。该评估电路为大功率逆变器提供等效纹波电流波形和直流偏置电压。因此,该监测方法可以以较低的成本对大功率逆变器进行等效条件下的负载寿命测试。实验结果验证了该监测方法能够同时提取被测电容器的ESR和电容变化。
