Excitation cross sections of 11S→m1P transitions in helium by electron impact
The cross sections for electron-impact excitation of ground-state helium to the m1p (m = 2 to 5) excited states have been calculated in the energy range 0.2–20 keV, semi- empirically. Results indicate small corrections with respect to existing data.
