State programs as a tool for state administration of socio-economic development of Russia
The article conducted research to determine the number of state and federal targeted programs, the amount of government spending on their implementation in 2015–2025. The shortcomings of state programs in their development and implementation are considered.
Taking into account the special military operation, sanctions of European and other countries and America, the main ways to increase the effectiveness of state programs are proposed.
