Starting from reality, the repercussions of both urban referents, defended from the perspective of each one of their actors, are analyzed, as is the case of the mural collective called “Tomato” and the graffiti artist Christian Zacek Siet, who under the critical eye of Urban planning specialists such as Dr. Eloy Méndez Sainz are questioned regarding their scope of action, their reasons for intervention, their variants and their working mechanisms within the Mexican context. Therefore, the term sustainability becomes very subtle to the extent that the different intervention processes develop and even many think that it can get lost.
