Bi<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf> (3.8mole %) decreased the sintering temperature of the phase pure Mn<inf>x</inf>Cr<inf>3−x</inf>O<inf>4</inf> compositions and obtained more than 95% of theoretical density.
