摘要

近年来,基于机器视觉的不规则物体表面缺陷检测技术在各种工业场景中得到了广泛的应用。本文以蓝牙耳机为例,提出了一种蓝牙耳机表面缺陷检测方法。通过对蓝牙耳机表面特征和缺陷类型的分析,准确检测出蓝牙耳机表面的划痕和溢胶问题。实验结果表明,该检测算法能够快速有效地检测出蓝牙耳机表面缺陷,缺陷识别准确率达到98%。因此,该检测算法在工业上具有一定的实际应用价值。
