Taking into account the performances of the wiper position sensors and their location in the structure of the mechanism, as well as the absence of the possibility of reversing the direction of electric motors rotation, automatic stabilization of the electric motors speeds and positioning of the wipers in the trajectories extreme positions were used to coordinate their motion. To stabilize the speed of each of the electric motors, an automatic control with positive feedbacks on their currents is applied. The electric drive logical control during the implementation of the coordinated cyclic motion of the wipers is described, as well as the software structure of the microprocessor control system. The hardware and detailed software for this electric drive control system have been developed. During the development of the software, the tools of model-based programming and automatic generation of program code were used. The software provides automatic stabilization of the electric motors speeds, an automatic logic control for the wipers cyclic motion, input of discrete and analog signals for logic control and monitoring the electric drive serviceability. 摘要
