Ninety eight patients were screened, 58(59.18%) diabetic with hypertension, 26(26.53%) hypertension and 14 (14.28%) diabetic, males 62(63.26%) and females 36(36.73%), systolic blood pressure normal 2(2.04%), prehypertension 42(42.85%), stage 1 hypertension 42(42.85%) and stage 2- 12(12.24%) and diastolic normal 12(12.24%), prehypertension 41(41.83%), stage 1 hypertension 38(38.77%) and stage 2 hypertension 07(07.14%). Random blood sugar level screened in 72 patients and found normal 10(13.88%), moderate 41(56.94%), severe 21(29.16%).
