摘要

利用层析技术对海合子根皮和叶片的二氯甲烷提取物进行纯化,分离到赤藓酸盐C和1-八烷醇两种化合物。主要利用一维和二维1H和13C核磁共振数据,并将现有核磁共振数据与文献数据进行比较,建立化学结构。用质谱数据通过分子离子峰进行确认。已知这两种化合物均从其他植物中分离得到,但均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
