Action research uses the Lesson study concept as a teacher professional development strategy. There are 4 stages of lesson study in this study, namely study, plan, do, and reflect. The participants in this study were 1 LPTK lecturer, 4 partner teachers, 1 school principal, 2 cameramen, and 30 students from grade 11 science 2 at SMAN 4 Ternate city. The instruments used were observation sheets and student worksheets. The data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed that in the reflection stage of the lesson study, the observers expressed improvements that could be made at the next meeting. 摘要
