Thromboxane A2 (TXA2), prostaglandin I2 (PGI2), endothelin 1 (ET-1) and other cytokines were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). At the same time blood pressure, pulse, echocardiography were recorded. 摘要

目的探讨芪生活血颗粒治疗脓毒症合并心肌损伤的疗效。方法将63例脓毒症合并心肌损伤患者随机分为两组:对照组33例(常规治疗7 d),观察组30例(芪肾活血颗粒治疗7 d),采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血栓素A2 (TXA2)、前列腺素I2 (PGI2)、内皮素1 (ET-1)等细胞因子。同时记录血压、脉搏、超声心动图。对第28天死亡率及上述数值进行统计分析。结果在芪肾活血颗粒干预后第7天,观察组和对照组n端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌钙蛋白T (TNT)水平均显著低于第1天,但两组在同一时间点差异无统计学意义(P < 0.05);芪肾活血颗粒干预后第7天,观察组血管紧张素Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)、ET-1水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),但两组心功能指数、28天死亡率差异无统计学意义。结论中药制剂芪肾活血颗粒可降低血中Ang-Ⅱ和ET-1水平,但其改善心肌损伤的作用仍值得进一步研究。关键词:脓毒症;心肌病;Qishenhuoxue颗粒;细胞因子
