Pedagogical design of children's creative team activity is understood by the authors as the activity of a team of like-minded people (teachers of additional education, methodologists, teachers of organizers, professionals from partner organizations, etc.) to build an organizational and functional model of a children's creative team and fill it with resource (personnel, material and technical base, external partner organizations, etc.) and content components (additional general educational general development programs based on the ideas of pedagogy of cooperation and co-creation). In the article, the pedagogical design of the activity of the children's creative team is considered by the authors as a step-by-step work. According to the authors, the main stages of the pedagogical design of the children's creative team are: the design of the cultural and aesthetic environment of students, teachers, parents (including the logo, symbols, attributes, traditions, anthem, etc.); content and methodological activities (educational programs, projects, competitions, festivals, etc.).); communication and organizational activity (the style of interaction in the systems «teacher – student», «teacher – parent»). The authors focus on the importance of such moments in pedagogical design as identifying the needs of students, transmitting information by the teacher as quickly, accurately and efficiently as possible, obtaining the final result in accordance with the goals and objectives.
