摘要

在城市水资源承载力评价方法的基础上,结合生态经济系统背景,分析了适合西北地区水资源承载力的特点和方法。本文还以西北地区张家川回族自治县为例,运用多指标综合评价方法和综合评价模型对多影响因素承载力进行了评价分析。鉴于水土资源将很快成为张家川县经济发展的制约因素,本文提出提升水资源承载能力的优化措施,以确保城市具备可持续发展的能力。
