摘要

针对高温领域多采用体积大、硬度高的保温材料的特点,提出了一种用于热防护的复合冷却粉及其触变性水凝胶。复合冷却材料粉末的核心是高吸水性聚合物,由金属盐、多糖纯溶胶和无机颗粒等改性剂通过一系列复合工艺组成,易于长期储存。当需要时,可以将粉末与水混合,在很短的时间内获得一种触变性水凝胶。实验结果表明,这种具有触变能力的热防护技术具有优良的热防护性能,同时具有柔性、粘接性和低成本,具有瞬时冷却、高效热防护和持久阻燃保护的特点。
