Esto favoreceria la convivencia en un contexto intercultural, debido a que el conocimiento del Otro constituye una de las fuentes imprescindibles para la construccion de proyectos de vida en comun. Al respecto, en el marco de la educacion intercultural, los saberes culturales mapuche se deben reconocer, comprender, valorar y legitimar desde un plano epistemologico, a fin de contribuir a la formacion de personas mapuche y no mapuche que conviven e interactuan en una misma sociedad. EnglishAbstract The following article presents a critical reflection on intersubjective rela tions in the field of interculturality. From this perspective, dialogue emerges as an im portant factor, as it represents a fundamental element of intersubjective relations between kimches and Western teachers. This would favor coexistence in an intercultural context, since the knowledge of the Other constitutes one of the essential sources for the construction of common life projects.
