The desing of investigtion is the quantitive type, the sample is conformed by 532 employers, placed in the northeast region of Mexico. The tool used qa a questionnaire type Likert scale, in which, commitment, iniciative, profesional responsibility, adaptability, innovation, orientation to results, team work, leaderahip, decisión making, sociability, vigor edetrmination, self efficiency, optimism, hope and resilence were reviewed. Some relevant of employers, base don their perception on the requirements of employability, were, commitment (7.83), profesional responsibility (7.74) and team work (7.66). It is recommended to make strategies of adjustments of the PE of the IES to bring the future graduates to the reality of the changing and globalaized labor market, as it is well menioned by Simon at al., (2018) It is important that the different regions the correlation between the future graduates from engeneering and industry be met.
