The objective of this case report is to describe a rare urinary tract complication associated with this operation.</p><p>Case report.</p><p>Referral practice for endoscopic surgery.</p><p>A 35-year-old nulliparous woman with recurrent endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain.</p><p>A laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oöphorectomy.</p><p>The patient developed a vesico-cervical fistula 3 weeks postoperatively. After urological consultation, this was treated successfully via minilaparotomy, transvesical excision, and repair of the fistula within 36 h of diagnosis.</p><p>Urinary tract fistulas can occur following laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy.
