摘要

为了提高连铸坯的内部质量,提出了一种基于故障树分析的连铸坯质量分析与优化控制新方法。研究了内部裂纹形成机制的不同假设之间的相互关系,找出了内部裂纹形成的根本原因。根据故障树的特点和专业知识,建立了内部裂纹的故障树模型,并在此基础上引入vc++ 6.0软件,形成了可视化的故障树生成和分析系统。将该分析系统应用于某钢厂提供的Q235钢,定性分析/定量结果与在线统计结果基本一致,并提出了提高钢坯质量的最优控制方案。
