摘要

协同过滤推荐算法已经成为解决信息过载问题的常用方法,信息过载阻碍了消费者做出适当的决策,也阻碍了企业提供消费者真正感兴趣的商品。传统的协作方法是基于消费者对商品的评价,因此其性能受到数据稀疏性和冷启动的影响。本文提出了一种新的推荐算法框架。该算法采用意见挖掘的方法,从消费者的评论中提取消费者的偏好,然后将其与协同过滤方法相结合,提高算法的性能。本文的工作是对传统的基于项目的协同过滤算法的改进。
