The need to understand the research and experimental work as an essential component of innovation, as a conscious effective tool for understanding the reform of the traditional school system in innovation is explained. The article examines the value and semantic orientations of teachers, and heads of educational institutions as certain guidelines in the situation of choosing the direction of innovative search by the teaching staff, determining the innovative trajectory of a particular educational institution. Is shown that the critical position of this definition is the awareness of value-semantic landmarks, which become the basis on the way from the emergence of the pedagogical idea (innovation), choosing the direction of innovative search and building an innovative trajectory of development in a particular educational institution to create a model of innovative development of such institution as a whole. 摘要

本文认为创新活动和研究实验工作是现代教育机构创新发展的主要因素。需要把研究和实验工作理解为创新的重要组成部分,作为理解传统学校制度改革中创新的有意识的有效工具。本文考察了教师和教育机构负责人的价值取向和语义取向,在教师选择创新探索方向的情况下,作为一定的指导方针,决定了特定教育机构的创新轨迹。研究表明,这一定义的关键位置在于对价值语义地标的认识,它成为特定教育机构从教学理念(创新)的产生、选择创新搜索方向、构建创新发展轨迹到创建整个教育机构创新发展模式的基础。作者认为,在创新背景下,教师尤其是教育机构负责人的价值语义取向的分离与发展,是为现代教育机构的研究和实验工作创造最佳条件的基础。
